Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports as young as 14. Aspen Ladd was trained in BJJ, kickboxing wrestling and boxing before her professional debut at WCFC aged 18. Ladd was able to win three fights in a row at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of her opponents were finished within the first five minutes. Then, she went back to WCFC in which she beat Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen was first beaten by Silvia Babyghian before going on to fight Maddy Simmons at WCFC 9 in which she took on Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen and defeated her in a unanimous decision, putting the mark of a loss on Aspen's record as an amateur. Ladd recovered from the loss and defeated Roma Pawelek at Tuff-N-Uff to take her record up to 8-1. Aspen was a pro-fighter for the first time in 2015 when she signed as a player with Invicta FC. Invicta Fc 11 she dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the the first round via TKO. Invicta Fc 16 was her first fight as a Bantamweight. She defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar in the second round. Aspen made use of her wrestling prowess to defeat McGill in third round TKO. The next fight was against Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 in the weight class of catchweight(138.1lb) since Ladd was unable to reach the weight limit. Aspen defeated Hoy and defeated her in the second round by KO. Invicta FC 21, she took her victory in the final bout of the promotion with a unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to debut. She faced Linalansberg during UFC Fight Night 118. She was a step ahead of Lina by using her ground and pound techniques and earned an TKO second round victory. She continued her dominance and picked up a more amazing victory in her subsequent bout against Tonya Evinger at UFC 229. Ladd ended Evinger's bout after the first round. She also received the reward for her performance on the evening. The first big fight she fought in was in her next fight in UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in an Invicta FC rematch. Ladd was victorious in by a unanimous decision following some great exchanges between the two fighters received the Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd within 16 seconds, breaking her losing streak. The third time she fought on UFC on ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. In a match that was a replacement to UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. The decision was made unanimously in her favor.
